Returns and refunds

You can return unopened products with their seal intact within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

1. Email support@norwincollect.com with your order number and what you'd like to return.
2. We reply with the return address.
3. Once the return arrives, we refund the original payment method.

If a bottle or jar arrives broken, leaking or wrong, email us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it, including shipping.
